Toastie and her 3 adorable pups are in need of a foster home. All are healthy and doing well but mama can be a little protective of her pups until she gets to know you, so a home without young children would be best. Toastie is housetrained. For the health of the pups who are too young to be fully vaccinated, mama and babies should be kept separated from other pets in the home.

There are 6 puppies still looking for foster homes until an event at the end of April. They are playful, friendly, mostly outgoing with a couple exceptions. They are super cute and can go to a home with vaccinated animals. Ideally, they will go to foster in pairs (or more!), but if there is another dog at home, they can be split up. Donkey is the one pictured, but they all look very similar.

Cairo is a sweet and playful boy who needs foster for a few weeks until his owner is able to pick him up. He is active, playful, loves attention. He has been with people of all ages, likes kids and new people. We are unsure about his history with other animals, so if there are pets at home, let us know so we can do an introduction.

Maggie is being treated for some bladder issues and would benefit from getting into a foster home for a few weeks. She is on a special diet that will help dissolve the stone and will need xrays every 2 weeks to monitor the progress. She is a sweet girl and being in a foster home will further reduce stress and will allow her to heal even more. She is on a medication that will need to be picked up every other day as we are not able to dispense more than 48 hours at a time.

Nick is at CHS for our Crisis Foster program. He is expected to be with us until 4/9. He should go to a more quiet home, as he took a little while to warm up to shelter living. He is very friendly and solicits attention, but needs a few days to warm up.
