We have 7 puppies that are on hold for an event in February. We are hoping to get them into foster until then so that they can learn some manners and work on housebreaking. They have not been walked on a leash yet and are just beginning to learn. They can go individually or in pairs (or more if you’d like!)

Poppy has lived in shelters for several years. By the time she got to CHS, she was displaying a little anxiety and had a hard time settling. She is very active and smart. She is easy to train and loves her toys. She enjoys being pet, getting belly rubs, and playing fetch. She likes being on the couch and taking naps, but also running and playing games. She loves sitting next to you and would love someone that worked from home. She is also great in a crate and can be independent if left alone. She would probably do best in a home without other animals, or with a dog that can be respectful.

Biggie is here temporarily until his owner can pick him back up. He is very friendly and reportedly good with dogs and kids. He likes treats and going on walks here at the shelter. He does pull a bit on the leash so he is walked on a harness.
