Support for the foster program is made possible by a gift from the family in memory of Elizabeth Briggs, a cherished volunteer whose selfless acts of love left a lasting mark on the Connecticut Humane Society. From caring for kittens and cuddling cats to walking and training dogs, serving on the Fur Squad, and assisting in the laundry room, Elizabeth touched countless pets’ lives.

CATS

Ophelia & 4 kittens

1.5 yrs, kittens are 4 weeks, DSH

Needs: ~4-6 weeks

Ophelia and her kittens need a foster home while the babies continue growing. Mom is very friendly, loves being pet, loves to play with toys, and likes to run around with her kittens. She can be pretty vocal around meal time or when she needs a snuggle. The kittens are very cute and beginning to play and are eating on their own as well as nursing.
