Dogs on Deployment
Dogs on Deployment is a robust program that helps service members find foster homes for their pets, and they assist with finding financial grants where applicable. Dogs on Deployment promotes responsible, life-long pet ownership by military pet owners by advocating for military pet owner rights, providing educational resources and granting financial assistance for military pet owners during times of emergency.
The Connecticut Humane Society is exploring additional partnerships with external organizations to better support our veterans and their pets.
