The pets are so excited! The new Animal Resource Center in Wilton is a “GO”.  The town commissions have endorsed the plan, and the fundraising is teetering on the $10 million mark. As the capital campaign shifts to the community phase, campaign leadership is looking to raise another $3.5 million.

Looking over the beautiful rendering and the preliminary floor plan, the future looks bright, both for the pets and the people who love them.  While adoption will always be a part of the CHS mission, this new facility will add resources to keep pets in homes: a public veterinary clinic, Pet Food Pantry, and a classroom for humane education!
