As Bo Bo spent his days at CHS bounding around the outdoor playpen and chasing after tennis balls, he couldn’t help but dream of the adventures he might one day have with his new family. He imagined running through a park, playing fetch until the sun went down, and curling up with his favorite person at the end of a long day.
During the snowy months, he watched the snowflakes twirl around outside. Oh, how he loved the snow! But Bo Bo wasn’t just excited about the snow, he was also eagerly anticipating the promise of a new beginning, and the chance for him to find the loving home he longed for. But as the days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months, 7-year-old American bull dog Bo Bo started to worry.
Was he not cute enough? Was his age a hindrance? Bo Bo may have been starting to gray around his muzzle, but he was still as playful and lively as a young pup! He hoped someone would see that, and recognize the boundless love and joy he had to offer. It had been a while since he last had a family to call his own, and he longed for the warmth of a loving home and the companionship of a best friend. It was a good thing Spring was right around the corner!
Bo Bo was going to need a special home. He needed adults who could keep up with his energetic enthusiasm and give him the attention he craved. And while he loved the idea of having a furry friend around, he knew deep down that he wanted to be the center of attention and be the only pet in his new home.
He longed for a family all for himself who would throw tennis balls until his heart was content; someone who would laugh at his silly antics, and someone who would never leave his side. And then, one magical day, the perfect family stepped up to adopt him.
Bo Bo’s heart soared with excitement as he met his new family for the very first time. And they were everything he ever dreamed of — kind, energetic, and eager to give him all the love and attention he could ever want!
