When pets arrive in crisis, access to medical care, behavior support, and adoption services makes all the difference. Community support also keeps pets with the people who love them through wellness clinics, a pet food pantry, a crisis foster program, and more.

Parking at Olde Mistick Village is limited, arrive early and please carpool if possible.

Athlete parking is available at:

  • Olde Mistick Village (27 Coogan Boulevard, Mystic, CT 06355)
  • 23 Clara Drive
  • Maritime Drive (On Street)
  • West Marine (9 Maritime Drive, Mystic, CT 06355)
  • ENKO (62 Maritime Drive, Mystic, CT 06355)

Want to avoid waiting to park? Park & Walk is available on Maritime Drive. Approach from Jerry Browne Road to bypass the traffic!

*As designated parking areas fill, volunteers and staff will direct participants to other available options.

ATHLETE TRACKING

Friends and family can sign up to get real-time text message alerts as participants cross the following points along the courses:

  • Half Marathon: Start, 5K Split, 7.75 Mile Split, Finish
  • 10K: Start, 5K Split, Finish

BAGGAGE CHECK:
6:00 AM: Complimentary baggage check will be available for registered participants in the Pre/Post Race area (bags must be picked up by 10:15 AM)

RACE START TIMES:
7:00 AM: Half Marathon & 10K

  • The start is on Coogan Boulevard, adjacent to the Steak Loft Restaurant in Olde Mistick Village

9:00 AM: HMF FitKids Run

  • Start & Finish is in Olde Mistick Village adjacent to the Pre/Post Race area

POST RACE PARTY:
7:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Olde Mistick Village

  • 8:30 AM: 10K Award Ceremony
  • 9:15 AM: Half Marathon Award Ceremony

  1. Follow the registration link below and create an account.

  2. Select “Events” on the left side of the screen.

  3. Choose “2026 Mystic Half Marathon & 10K” and click “HMF Waiver.”

  4. Select “HMF Waiver” on the right side and submit.

  5. Click “Apply to Shifts.”

  6. Choose your activity, Course Monitor, and select “Select this Shift.”

  7. Click “Apply to Selected Shift” in the top right corner.

Spend the morning cheering on runners and powering a lifesaving mission.

• Coffee and breakfast upon arrival (Course Monitors, Parking, Registration)
• Official volunteer t-shirt
• Access to the Food Tent after your shift
• $5 credit toward a future HMF race or merchandise ($10 for Course Monitors)

Open Roles:
• 8 Water Station Volunteers – set up, hydrate runners, and clean up
• 15 Course Monitors – direct and cheer runners along the course
