All locations especially need foster volunteers willing to foster large dogs and bottle fed infants.

Support for the foster program is made possible by a gift from the family in memory of Elizabeth Briggs, a cherished volunteer whose selfless acts of love left a lasting mark on the Connecticut Humane Society. From caring for kittens and cuddling cats to walking and training dogs, serving on the Fur Squad, and assisting in the laundry room, Elizabeth touched countless pets’ lives.
