Luna will be ready for foster in the next week or so. She is heartworm positive and will be in our care for an extended period of time while she is being treated. She can go home with other animals, pending an introduction here, as long as they are also on heartworm preventative. She is very sweet, loves to be pet, wants to be around people. She will have to go to a home where she can have her exercise limited. She should have short, leash walks or strolls around the yard only, no running or exerting herself.

This beautiful little creature is extremely friendly, but undergoing several medical treatments. She needs a few ear treatments, eye meds and a couple other things that we could discuss if there was a foster volunteer interested. She will likely need someone who is home more often than not to administer her medical treatments, but also because she doesn’t love being alone and just wants someone to cuddle. Maxie is a sweet boy who needs some time in a home to relax and learn what love is like. He is nervous in the shelter but likes to be outside and near people. He becomes more outgoing every day. He isn’t a cuddler, but he enjoys being pet and hanging out near you. He would benefit from a quiet home where he can get lots of love and TLC. Please reach out if you’d like more information!

Ghost will be in the shelter for a couple more weeks until his owner can reclaim him. He is shy, but likes to have company and enjoys being brushed for short periods of time. He would benefit from a quiet home where he can decompress from the shelter and relax until he can go home.
