Have you ever had wildlife in your backyard? Do you know what to do or who to call if you come across a wild animal who needs help? Or are you interested in learning more about keeping your pets safe around wildlife? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then this PETtalk is for you!

White-tailed deer, black bears, rabbits and red foxes are just some of the many types of wildlife encountered frequently in Connecticut. In this interactive webinar, Animal Control Officer Elease McConnell will discuss how to live peacefully with wildlife in your backyard, neighborhood and community. Learn about humane options for mediating between pets, people and wildlife, along with methods that allow wildlife to coexist in your community while keeping your family and pets safe. A live Q&A with ACO McConnell will take place at the end of the presentation
